Registration Fees
All conference attendees are required to register for the conference. The full registration fee (regular and IEEE members) includes a copy of the conference proceedings, admittance to all sessions, refreshments during coffee breaks, lunches, welcome cocktail and the conference dinner. At least ONE of the authors whose papers are accepted must register in advance for the conference in order to have their papers published in the MEPS'19 Proceedings and IEEE Xplore. Registration fees are following:

- Student registration does NOT include participation in the conference dinner, however, it is possible to buy conference dinner option for an additional fee of 200PLN + VAT.
- Accompanying person's fee includes: welcome cocktail, lunches, conference dinner, accompanying persons programme.
One full registration will be valid for maximum two paper presentations, provided that the registered presenter is one of the authors of both paper presentations. Additional papers will require additional fees.
One student registration allows only one paper presentation.
Registration fees do not include accommodation and transportation costs.
